BME/Extreme

BME/Extreme is the heavy body modification branch of BME, founded in 1996 on the one year anniversary of Jack Yount's death. It contains genital piercings and tattoos, implants of all sorts, surgical modifications (including subincisions, tongue splitting, and more), non-surgical modifications (vacuum pumping, saline injection, nipple stretching, and so on), as well as nullification (eunuchs, female genital cutting, etc).
A BME/Extreme membership also includes access to BME/HARD, as well as to the extended mainstream piercing, tattooing, and scarification galleries on BME.
BME/Extreme2
Extreme2 (or E2) is a membership option for those people not interested in the heavier content on BME. It includes access to all of the full piercing galleries (for example, you could see all of the pictures in the nipple piercing gallery). In addition, it includes complete access to all of the genital piercing photos, the genital tattooing pictures, as well as the implant pictures (including genital implants, 3D art and more). E2 is a subset of a full membership so it does not include any pictures not part of a main membership.
Users can purchase memberships which helps pay for the site's bandwidth. Free memberships are available to people who contribute photos and stories.
