John Joyce

John Joyce is piercer, scarification artist and the owner of Scarab Body Arts in Syracuse, New York. He is also a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.

John has been piercing since 1998, doing scarification since 2000 (cutting, skin removal, branding) and he opened Scarab Body Arts in 2001. He travels whenever possible and worked at ScarWars 2 in LA, as well as ScarWars 3 in Philadelphia. You can see some of his scarification work on his BME scarification portfolio. He graduated from The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in December 2006, and received his NY State License for Massage Therapy in early 2007.

John was also a BME QOD contributor.
