Jen Savage, has been a BME employee since September 2004. She handles customer support and experience moderation for BME.
Jen holds a B.A. and B.Ed. and is currently working on a Masters degree.
When she's not chained to her laptop, she spends her time watching movies, taking pictures and sewing.
