A navel [[industrial]] is just what it sounds like: two or more [[navel]] piercings connected with a single barbell. In general, the navel is first pierced and healed with separate pieces of jewelry; then a single piece of jewelry is inserted. Care should be taken to make sure the jewelry chosen does not put undue pressure on the piercings (which could result in [[rejection]]). Note that with the use of [[tygon]] or other flexible jewelry, rejection is less of an issue than it would be with an inflexible barbell.
