Lesbian refers to a woman who is attracted to other woman, both mentally and sexually.
The primary contribution of the lesbian community to the world of body modification is cutting type scarification, popularized there long before it became popular in the mainstream (mostly due to efforts by the artist Raelyn Gallina).
