Needled is a popular tattoo-specific blog written by lawyer and tattoo enthusiast Marisa DiMattia, who also writes a legal column for BME. Needled markets itself using the tagline "High brow for the underground. Tattoo couture."

Needled Hiatus

On August 16, 2006, DiMattia posted that "Sometimes a tattooed redhead just needs a break, so I'm taking some time off from daily Needled posts." 1

Needled returned after a short break.

Needled 2.0

On May 16, 2007 Needled was re-launched with a new website including videos and pictures along with the regular blog.
