Ryan Ouellette

Ryan Oullette, a.k.a. "Lord of the Blade" is a premier body art practitioner based at (and owner of) Precision Body Arts in Nashua, NH, primarily known for his influential scalpel scarification style and his personalized license plate. Oullette is also a member of the BME QOD staff.
