Urethral Reroute
From BMEzine Encyclopedia
The male urethra travels from the bladder through the prostate and length of the penis. It is relatively close to the surface all the way from the tip of the penis to between the scrotum and the anus. If a sound is inserted into the urethra and pressure is exerted, it is easy to see the skin tent up along that portion of the urethra. The major difference after that is in how the reroute is done. Many, including those who are DYI types, pierce through the uretha, creating a small hole to pee through. Others of us who have avoided the DIY mode, preferring instead to have some who knows their anatomy and what they are doing, cut and stitch. Even though it is a relatively simple procedure, the success level for those who have tried DIY, piercing a hole through and hoping it would work, is poor ... but those if us who have gone through the surgial proceedure, which can be done as an out-patient in about an hour, we have had 100% success!
By doing this, and tenting out the skin behind the scrotum, when a new urethral opening is created, most peole who have had this done fine that this transforms the penis into an instrument of pleasure only (since it is no longer involved in bodily functions). Some may find it kinky, since afterward the only way to pee is sitting or squting, since between the legs is where body fluids come out. But others have stretched this new urethral opening to allow penetration too.
It should be noted that due to the shortened urethra, men will be far more prone to bladder infection's. This is doubly true because of the new proximity to the anus (cleanliness is essential). In addition, complications from the procedure including urethral stricture are not uncommon, but for most, other than having to suffer if they don't practice good hygine, peeing from between the legs, like a female, brings a feeling of joy! Finally, contrary to popular missconseption haveing a urethral reroute does not bypass the urethral sphincters, it just shortens the urethra, make it no more than that of a genetic female and if proper hygine is used, then there should not be any problem ... including no loss of ontrol over urination.
